1. Before use, as well as during the use of the machine parts to check, if found that the machine parts damaged, or screws loose, off, you should replace or adjust in a timely manner.
2. The blade is recommended to be lubricated with oil once every 4 hours of work, to prevent the machine from jamming and not sharp during construction, and to refill the gearbox with gear oil once every 20–30 hours of use, to prevent the gearbox from wearing out the blade and gears due to lack of oil.
3. The maximum trimming diameter should not exceed 10 mm. If you find thick branches and foreign matters during operation, and feel the abnormal sound or vibration of the machine blade, you should quickly shut down the machine and discharge the foreign matters. Make sure that the machine is turned off before cleaning foreign matters.
4. After the machine works for 4 hours, please take out the air filter of the machine, wash it with gasoline, squeeze the gasoline in the filter and dry it naturally. It is strictly forbidden to wash with water, water will make the cartridge expansion not be contracted, affecting the normal use. When the machine works continuously for about 150 hours, the spark plug carbon should be removed.
5. When the machine is parked for a long time, the fuel in the oil tank should be poured out, and then the machine should be started to the carburetor and the fuel combustion net in the cylinder of the machine, the spark plug should be removed, and then the machine should be pulled by air several times to ensure that there is no oil in the cylinder, and then a few drops of clean oil should be dropped from the spark plug port, and the starter should be gently pulled several times, so as to lubricate the lubricant to the surface of the cylinder piston and pack it for storage.
6. Before use, you need to carefully read the instruction manual, and familiar with the mechanical structure and performance, master the switching procedure, blade clearance adjustment, precautions and operating essentials, if you do not understand the place, please contact customer service in a timely manner.
7. Please use 93 # gasoline and two-stroke gasoline engine oil, and use 25:1 ratio for FB/FC grade engine oil and 40-50:1 ratio for FD grade engine oil, and fully mix after use. It is not allowed to use 4-stroke engine oil or diesel engine oil. In hot summer, the ratio of oil to gasoline will show the phenomenon of gasoline volatilization and oil precipitation. Long-term storage will change the original ratio. In order to avoid oil precipitation caused by insufficient oil ratio, we recommend that you use up the oil within 4 hours each time.
8. Before starting the pump 3 – 5 times manually, make sure that the fuel enters the carburetor, the air is discharged, open the flameout switch, close the damper, press the machine handle, pull the starting cable, start, open the damper, gradually increase the throttle to make it work normally, and then start to work. When the engine starts for the first time, because there is no oil in the carburetor and cylinder, the machine will start after the flameout phenomenon occurs. At this time, you don't need to worry, just fill the oil slowly from the small throttle to reach the high speed and then use it normally.
9. stop, first put the throttle at low speed, and then turn off the gasoline engine, note: gasoline engine can not work at low speed, and can not be directly off when the machine is running at high speed, when the machine is running at high speed directly off, it will lead to the machine pump up the oil burning is not finished, stored in the cylinder will appear flooded spark plug phenomenon, resulting in the use of the machine again bad start, but also need to remove the spark plug for cleaning before you can start, in order not to inconvenience you also ask you to follow our steps to prevent damage to the machine parts.
10. During operation, please pay attention to personal safety. If you need to change direction, please be sure to release the throttle switch to ensure that the blade stops when operating again to prevent injury.
